K-J Community Development Association Sets Goals for Upcoming Year

During the Community Visioning Rally held in October of 2007, in cooperation with the Horizons Program, four main areas for development were identified within our community: Communication, Economic Growth, Adult-Youth Interaction, and Community Leadership.

SUMMER READING IN THE PARK

Come read a book with a teacher and friends under the Gazebo on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm. Students from Kindergarten to Sixth Grade are welcome to come and read a book from a selection from the Grade School Library. The Summer Reading will begin on June 30th and go through August 20th. Come and read after swimming lessons and before the pool opens.
